OK, so another Friday update.
Well this one is a couple of days late.
But we have good reason this time.
We are about 40% moved over, we have finished painting the largest amount of rooms, we have decided where things are going, moved the 70's chair, moved the book cases and cleaned out most of the downstairs, today is the kitchen of all non-essentials including the alcohol.
We are also moving the snakes today, should be no issues to do that.
We also have all day tomorrow as well.
The new place is beginning to feel like home.
The only bad thing here is that this is killing my diet, eating out, fries, burgers etc, I even had a glass of Mt. Dew yesterday after eating a pastrami sandwich and fries.
Thankfully I am moving enough that I am working it off but I will never be able to work it all off, I have to really buckle down.
Well, time to do some more moving since it is now 10 after 1 and we are just now showering and getting ready.
In a nation filled with carbs, one mans journey to learn anew how to not just survive, but to thrive. Fitness, funny, and a little emotional at times, follow me on my journey to be the best husband, father and person I can be. Down 50 pounds, 200 to go!

Friday Update
And another Friday update.
This one is less about my big ass and more about moving my big ass, no really, we are moving to a new house.
About a month ago we found out that the owners of this house would be selling it eventually, rather than get the dreaded "we are selling get your butts out" email, we decided to start looking for a new place.
Thanks to Mark up in Alaska we now have a beautiful new home, 2k sqft + with garage.
I will get pictures of it this evening so that we can update, but for now suffice it to say we are thrilled and cannot wait to leave the asshole neighbors behind.
Oh, and about my fat ass, gained a bit of weight, 5 pounds, fluctuation, no biggie.
We have a bunch of clean up here at this home and it is nice out so I should burn off plenty of calories working on it.
Update with images coming.

Friday Update
And now for another round of Friday updates.
I am going to try to make this as regular as possible.
Back to the flight to Ohio, first of all, how the hell did I go to Ohio and not message by good buddy Chris until the day I was leaving, I must have been out of it.
Anyway, the flights were nice, the final flight back seemed to drag on forever but it was still nice.
To answer your question, nope, tray tables still do not fit on most of the flights, they worked fine on the first one, but the rest just were not happening.
Also, what asshole decided it would be a good idea to put the headset jack INSIDE the seating area, with an ass this size there is no way I can plug in a headset without destroying it with my thigh.
Anyway, I promised to take a bunch of pictures, my phone was dead 90% of the time so I had to break that promise
But I did get a shot of me in the most uncomfortable place (and no I do not mean the back of a Volkswagen).

At this point my right shoulder is against the wall/ceiling of the airplane bathroom. Roughly 4 inches from the outside at 30k feet. My left shoulder is touching the door to the bathroom. I would hate to have to actually to have to poo in there, my knees would go through the door.
Back to the trip, I had a ball.
I stayed within my diet rather well until we hit the Cheesecake Factory, my first time there and I ordered the Filet with Mac and Cheese, OMFG it was good.
Sadly no Skyline chili while I was there.
Anyway still lost weight while there.
Not doing bad, down in the 370's now.
Bonus image.
Hmm, a few cracks in the window there...
Till next time.

Friday Update.
Friday update.
Currently 381 pounds.
This week I am enjoying Percocet thanks to getting half my mouth root planned on Wednesday the 25th, getting 4 wisdom teeth pulled on Monday the 30th and getting the other half of my mouth root planned 2 days later on Wednesday the 2nd.
Sadly Percocet really does not work to well for me but it does take the edge off a little bit.
Unfortunately due to the pain I am unable to eat anything, I also want to avoid a dry socket issue so I am have been eating Vienna sausages, not bad for keto, just have to go easy on them, which is easy since I cannot open my mouth enough to actually bite them.
Today has been better, I can open my mouth nearly all the way.

This week I fly out to Cleveland Ohio, 6am Sunday morning out to Ohio. I hate airplanes, it is not the flying, not a huge fan of that in and of itself, but I hate flying because I am fat. Asking for a seatbelt extender, not being able to control the seat or use the tray because my gut is in the way, forget actually eating on the flight, the tray wont sit straight and so I would be spilling shit everywhere.
But the last time I flew I was 421 pounds, now I am 381 pounds. So I will update everyone and see what a difference of 40 pounds makes.
I thought I had some pictures around here from the last time but apparently not.
But no worries, I will take plenty of pictures this time.
I guess that is all for now. Just finished watching this video while writing this post, he details his weight loss, from 425 down to 210 in 15 months. I have been on the same path here, November 9th to today, 6 months, down 40 pounds, have been stuck at 380~ for the past 2 months, but working on it. So I dropped 40 pounds in 4 months, not amazing, but works for me.
And now it is quarter till 8, dinner has still not been made and the wife is suggesting Red Robin. So with 4 open wounds in my mouth, a general overall pain in my head and trying to lose weight, I am headed out to Red robin for dinner. Yay.
Fuck it, I will make this an experiment, how Keto can I get at Red Robin.
